The practice-oriented higher education needs a strong association in Europe which represents their interests. At the end of the last century the educational landscape was plowed in most European countries, there was a radical change. The introduction and implementation of the Bologna reform led to the dissolution of the practice-oriented higher education in some countries. This reform has been implemented consistently until the year 2007 “the beginning of the financial and economic crisis”. The crises have clearly shown to the individual state governments that the “economy” only works conditionally with the theoretical higher education according to Bologna reform. In recent years, different countries have reintroduced the “practice-oriented higher education”.
The degree of organization of the graduates of the “practice-oriented higher education” in some countries is still in the children’s schools or non-existent, is also not desired by the governments.
