In some countries, the practice-oriented higher education is based on vocational training. Can practice-oriented higher education be completed meaningfully without a vocational apprenticeship, or does a gymnasial school permit suffice?
In Germany, vocational training has begun as few young people less as in the previous year. This was 1.1 percent less than 2015 and a new low. According to the statisticians, the trend is to study and the lower number of people in the age group who are eligible for vocational education – for demographic reasons.
